Product Guarantees and Return Policies ***IMPORTANT*** All products are backed by a minimum of a one-year manufacturer's warranty. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchase made from Gizmo City, simply email our customer service customer@gizmocity.com to request a return authorization number(RMA#) and return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery in it's received condition and original container or boxing and we will immediately issue a full, No Questions Asked, refund of your purchase price upon receipt of the item(s). In the rare case an item is damaged during delivery, immediately contact the carrier/cargo service used in making the delivery - UPS, FedEx, etc. - for a pick-up and return and we will immediately initiate a re-shipment of your order at No Charge what so ever to you.
